Epsilon Chapter of Delta Tau Delta was installed at Albion in May of 1876, becoming the first Greek organization established on campus. The house shown in the second postcard was destroyed by fire in 1923. The Delts then bought the home which professor Delos Fall lived in at 1101 E. Michigan Avenue, as seen in the first postcard. The third postcard shows this house after the Delts had moved in. During WWII, twenty-six coeds moved into the house and it was renamed East Hall until the war ended. The house was demolished in 1966 when all of the fraternities moved into the college-built fraternity houses.
