on card- This is
the great tug of war between freshman & sophomores. It
shows the Sophs. in the river. I am in the freshman line on
the bank facing them in the river. My roommate is where the

Note
on card- This is a
picture of the great "Tug of War" pulled off here a week
ago. The Fresh. (Freshmen) chose 15 men. Also the Soph.
(Sophomores). Then they line up on the different side of
the river. Each fifteen try to pull the other in. No one
dares let go until one side has pulled the other into and
across the river. It was great fun to watch them. Wish you
might have seen it. Felt sorry for the poor Sophs
(Sophomores) for "WE" pulled them in and the water was very
cold. Very glad you are improving. Keep it and your spirits
up. R.S.
