An
anonymous group of Methodist donors gave the funds to build
and furnish the first women's dorm during the school year
of 1925-26. They also requested that the building be named
Susannah Wesley Hall. With the addition of East and West
Halls between 1954-6, almost every freshman (male and
female) for the last generation has lived in this
complex.
